About the Hardware Replacement
Hardware Replacement Services (including components, equipment, and spare parts) are always available to ensure your system operates continuously within a predetermined time. Damaged hardwares will be replaced immediately with response time depending on the service plan.
Next Business Day Onsite Service:
9AM – 5PM Monday through Friday
Local time based on location and excluding local holidays.
A support technician will arrive at the customer site Next Business Day if the onsite service request is received and submitted by the assigned HPID Support Engineer and approved by HPID Fulfillment Operations by 3 PM local customer time on a business day. For requests after 3 PM local customer time on a business day or on a Saturday, Sunday, or local holiday, the support technician will arrive at the customer site the business day after next.
2-Hour 24x7 Onsite Service:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays
Local time based on location and excluding local holidays.
A support technician will arrive at the customer site within 2 hours on any given day once the hardware replacement request is received and submitted by the assigned HPID Support Engineer and approved by HPID Fulfillment Operations.
Service term:
1 - 5 years depend on the decision of customer, minimum service time is 01 year.
